jaccms is basically a fork of [Phile cms][phile].  I haven't really altered the core phile very much at all, juts a few tweaks.  There were some changes that I couldn't do in a plugin.  Most of the plugins will also run fine in a standard phile cms site. This documentation is primarily for my own use.  I don;t expect anyone else to use what I've done.  My goal is to *I hope to learn enough to not fork phile!*
