## The Phile SETUP PROCESS

After I got past the [encryption error](install.error) I immediately got a second hurdle.

When you fire up your site you are immediately sent to the SETUP CHECK page (setup.md).  This is hardwired into phile and apparently tied to the config.php change that you are required to make BEFORE YOU EVEN STARTED PHILE.

So, if you change the config file encryption key, and then refresh the page, you get 404 error because phile has now deleted the SETUP PAGE.  You can click the logo to talke you to the index page; but stupid me just kept trying to refresh the page

Causes confusion when you are excited to just "GO".

Why the roadblocks to firing phile up!

OK, so I get past that, and it has been great ever since.
