I installed [the phileTableOfContents plugin
](https://github.com/pschmitt/phileTableOfContents) by [pschmitt](https://github.com/pschmitt).

Seems to be working well.  I am using on the **docs** pages of this site.  All docs pages except the index page.  [For example...](../docs/a_quick_start)

Still a few kinks to work out.  I'll post a docs page when I figyre out how I want to use it on this site.
